At BUW®, what you see; is what you get! With our immaculate photography, blogger reviews and detailed 360° product video; which allows you to inspect each product in detail even before ordering it. However, we do understand that sometimes you might face issues related to size after wearing it and might want to exchange it. To cater this need, we’re offering “Try Before You Buy’’ across all Pakistan. This allows you to try on your product while our rider waits outside and you only pay once you’re completely satisfied with the product quality and size. Incase you need to exchange the product for another size, simply hand the product back to our rider and notify us about the changes – then its our responsibility to take care of the rest.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free delivery all over Pakistan order will be delivered in 2-5 working days, and exchange orders will deliver in 2-7 working days, Pre-Orders will be delivered in 20-25 Days 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

  1. We facilitate all your exchange requests, regardless of the nature of your issue. You can either return the product at the time of delivery and ask for exchange or you can call, WhatsApp us at (+92 345 8985576, +92 355 4351869) or email us blackurbanwears@gmail.com and we will gladly facilitate your exchange request.
  2. The customer can send back the exchange product via using any courier company, and we will send back the exchanged product free of cost.
    Or the customer can request for our reverse-pickup service, where a rider will be sent to your address to pick up the product. Charges are applicable.
  3. All products can be exchanged within 05 days of original purchase.
  4. Products will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This entails that they are unused, not damaged, all stickers and tags are intact and packed in their original packing. 
  5. If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, in cases where the exchange order value is below original order value, the balance amount will be provided to your store credit. Similarly where the exchange order value is above original order value, you are liable to pay the difference.
  6. The complete exchange process will take up to 04 working days in major cities (LHE, KHI, ISB, FSD, MUL) and up to 07 working days in all other cities.
